You know your favorite. Maybe it’s the savory Beef & Bean, the kick of Red Hot Beef, or the craveable green chile flavor you keep coming back for.

But have you ever wondered what goes into making that first bite taste like Tina’s?

Last week, we shared your comments and stories about the burritos you love. This week, we’re taking you inside our kitchen to show you where that spicy flavor begins.

Freshly baked tortillas. Right from our ovens at Tina's Burritos Factory.

A great burrito needs a great tortilla.

At Tina’s, we bake our tortillas in our own ovens over an open flame. They’re part of a connected process that brings our kitchen, baking area, and burrito folders together under one roof.

The tortilla is more than a way to hold the filling. It’s part of every bite—and making our own fresh each day is an important part of making a Tina’s burrito.

We take our time with the flavor

Behind that meal you heat in minutes is a kitchen doing some serious cooking.

We prepare our fillings from scratch, blend our own spices, and slow cook for flavor. Beef, chicken, beans, spices, and cheese come together in different combinations across our recipes, giving each variety its own character.

At Tina's, we do what you would do at home, cooking burritos from scatch, we just have a much bigger kitchen.

The convenience comes when you’re ready to eat. The cooking happens here first.

Then there’s the folding. If you’ve ever tried to keep a generously filled burrito together, you’ll appreciate this part.

Our experienced burrito folders make it look easy. Watching their hands move is one of the best reasons to press play—and a reminder that there’s real skill behind that familiar package.

From the kitchen to the ovens to the rolling area, you can see how the whole operation comes together.

Made, then flash frozen to lock in the good stuff

Once our burritos are made, we flash freeze them immediately to lock in freshness and flavor.

We’ve put time into baking the tortillas, slow cooking the fillings, and getting our spice blends right. Flash freezing helps preserve that work until you’re ready to heat and enjoy your burrito.

It’s how the flavor from our kitchen makes its way to yours.

Big flavor deserves to be an everyday thing

Making burritos in large quantities lets us buy ingredients at better prices and cook efficiently. That helps us keep something we care about within reach: a flavorful, satisfying burrito you can enjoy any day of the week.

Because a good meal shouldn’t have to be a special occasion.

Now you know what’s behind your favorite

Last week’s stories were about the memories and meals you’ve made with Tina’s. This week’s video brings you into the kitchen behind them.
