Our staff's favortie way to prepare is to put the frozen burrito on a microwave safe plate and invert a glass bowl over it. Follow pack heating directions, flip at half way point, after last heating, let burrito sit for a few minutes then carefully remove the bowl using potholders. The burrito will be perfectly steamed. Follow the package cooking directions and avoid overheating the burrito. Flip it halfway through so it heats more evenly. If you wrap it in a paper towel, lightly dampen the towel first. You can also place the burrito on a microwave-safe dish and cover it with an inverted microwave-safe bowl to help retain moisture. Carefully lift the bowl after cooking—steam may escape. If the burrito needs more time, heat it uncovered in 20–30 second intervals until it’s hot throughout. Microwave power varies, so adjust the time as needed.
