If you have a product issue, please enter the 10 digit UPC number found under the product bar code, the Best-By-Date, and Time Stamp on package/wrapper. This will speed up the resolution process. We use this information to track down the batch and investigate. Our product is made in small batches and our kitchen and quality control departments keep detailed notes on each batch that is made. In addition, we film each batch being made. Thanks in advance for working with us by providing the necessary information from the wrapper or package.
